As many who have attended the JMLCA meetings in the past know, there is an ongoing effort to redevelop the property located at 2116 N Culpeper Street. 

Ms. Elena Keith presented to the Association in February of 2016. Since her initial presentation, there have been modifications to the plan and she is seeking a new variance to cover the changes.
