Membership in the John M. Langston Citizens Association (JMLCA) is open to homeowners, businesses and residents of Hall’s Hill/High View Park. Membership terms are from January to December. In accordance with Article III, Section 1 of the Association Bylaws.

Renewals
Any person, at least 18 years of age, who owns real estate or resides within the neighborhood.
Any person, at least 65 years of age, who owns real estate or resides within the neighborhood.
Any local businesses, their employees or individuals at least 18 years of age, who own real estate or resides in Arlington.
